Congratulations Sonya!
 Our very own Sonya is now a Sebastian Professional Technical Educator. Sonya dazzled Sebastian bigwigs at their recent Line, Shine & Disruption collection launch, and then wowed them with a presentation and haircut performance. Now Sonya will travel to Sebastian-certified salons to teach new styles when Sebastian releases new haircut collections — usually about twice a year. That means William Roberts will be ahead of the trends, as Sonya will get the scoop on new collections before the rest of the country sees them.

 Actually, it never went away. However the hair-frizzing humid weather is back, and just in time, William Roberts has ramped up more staff to deliver this amazing hair service. To refresh your memory, Keratin Complex Smoothing Therapy
is a salon procedure that infuses both strength and straightness into a single treatment for unbelievable results! Similar to Thermal Straightening, we comb a protein solution through your hair for 10 to 30 minutes and then lock it in with a flat iron. You will have beautiful non-frizzy hair with body — not flat, lifeless hair. The best part is that it is temporary and gradually leaves your hair over three to four months. However, you MUST use our sulfate-free shampoos, as other shampoos immediately wash out the Keratin Protein.
Client Appreciation Night Success!
 William Roberts' staff was all smiles at Client Appreciation Night. We were delighted to treat you to complimentary Sebastian Cellophanes (see photos to the left), and Bob had the pleasure of serving wine, cheese, and crackers to our great clients. Although Bob doesn't have the opportunity to spend as much time in the salon as we do, he was happy to have a chance to show his appreciation for your continued patronage.
