As a result, I have never been more proud of the entire William Roberts family and what we offer. In fact, the whole experience crystallized why Bob and I founded William Roberts Color Group & Salon seven years ago.

After returning from our cruise and seeing what the rest of the world is producing, I can truly say that the United States offers far-superior hair-color services and that William Roberts offers the best in the Andovers.
High-Price Does Not Equal High-Quality
This was a very exclusive cruise, yet I repeatedly saw:
- Too many colors in one head of hair
- Horrendous color contrasts —
- Black underneath — Blonde & Gray on top
- Orange-Yellow streaks in Deep-Brown hair
- Skin-tone-stripping Crayola-Red clown hair
- Boxed-Color Blondes — solid color with no definition
- Fried over-processed tresses
Poor-Quality Hair Color Ruined The Ambiance
Picture formal dining with an ocean view, but sitting across from a diner with magenta-red hair with black stripes. The whole experience challenged me to get back to work and try even harder to produce even better hair color.

America's Beauty Show® in Chicago.
This show is where I discovered our super popular Keratin Smoothing Treatment. Stay tuned to learn what new techniques I'll bring back to the salon this year.
In May, the entire William Roberts family heads
to Boston for Wella's Future Vision Unplugged.
Several of us have even registered for special hands-on classes with Sebastian and Wella after the show. As a Sebastian Professional Technical Educator, our very own Sonya is particularly excited about this show and to bring new techniques to the salon.
